Parallel stories: LVEN/U.S. Guarantee Corp. and HITT/Life Foundation Trust: LVEN claims to have received a $190 M investment from U.S. Guarantee Corp. HITT claimed it received a $100 M private placement from Life Foundation Trust. LVEN claims that U.S. Guarantee Corp. has "$1.8 billion in shareholder equity." HITT claims Life Foundation Trust has a billion dollars in assets. Both U.S. Guarantee Corp. and Life Foundation Trust are located in Scottsdale Arizona. The principals of both have been sued several times in Maricopa county. Yet neither one is listed in the phone book. Life Foundation Trust has been sued for running a "bank guaranteed contract" scam that was supposed to pay 2 1/2 percent interest to an unlucky victim in Canada. U.S. Guarantee Corp. claims to possess: "bank guarantees provided by B.N.I. Bank of Indonesia."
