sure chris nothing better to do :-)

1. Did not break down, but the overwhelming amount of revs were from internal BiCMOS and BiPolar processes. High revs from CMOS, both at Cimaron and potential IBM and TSMC and SiGe at IBM are in the near future. Note that they are releasing many many chips in CMOS and SiGe and these revs will ramp over the next 12-24 months.

2. Raytheon still has $5.4 million left. AMCC only chose to recognize $500K this qtr. AMCC can recognize it whenever it wants to and will gradually take it down. 'Non-comm' revs were down substantially and will continue this trend.

3. No breakdown on ASIC vs. ASSP, but the trend is clearly towards ASSPs.

Nortel is a big customer, but AMCC sells into 4 divisions spread out over the world - so its a little more diversified than one would think. I like their exposure to the Junipers, Sycamores, etc. as well - those are nice 'start-ups' to have in your stable.
