I concur that IIJI is oversold also, but volume is very low and the stock is quite quiet. Hard to buy IIJI when it moves as the MM's take if up quickly. The only way to own it is to buy in and hold. Any news and IIJI will skyrocket. Excepting nuclear war, its a pretty safe buy here.
