"Spin" ends at the bottom line. And if BRCM's margins remain in place and BRCM's eps increase beyond expectations, then the market will disregard the spin and hand one company its head and the other the crown.

Intel cannot fight on all the fronts----it will become "Rome" attempting to fight off the Germanic tribes---it will be conquered; and BRCM is the Visigoth to do it.
