I didn't have the same take-away from the call... Andy was defensive because they missed.

.18 is late and ramp costs are higher than expected.

2 percentage points higher next quarter - umm... yeah, right.

Seasonally strong Q4...not in 1999 it won't be.

Acquisitions are a drag on earnings as Dialogic and LevelOne margins are lower than IA's.

I didn't walk away positive and I don't think the analysts questions were addressed straight on.. I sensed defensiveness...and relief in some questions as well..the ones that weren't controversial.
