Have you read F.I.A.S.C.O. ? I found it interesting, but not surprising, how Morgan Stanley could manipulate the S&P and Moody's ratings on their various OTC derivatives. The best thing that could come out of this rating review is if S&P said have your board cancel the stock buyback authorization and we'll smile on your rating. I know I'm dreaming. I hope Mr Market's bloodbath tomorrow makes GBLX sell off as I'll be a buyer on dips.
