I think this "E" that was attached to our symbol was probably one of the best things that ever happened to CVIA, it has proved alot to the investment community about not only the company, but about our investment base... each shareholder that took it upon yourself to act in support of your investment as opposed to panic sale.

I have had calls from some market makers when the "e" was invoked, they followed up with the NASD to confirm we (I) was telling them the truth about being compliant. Then several called back to compliment the way not only the company addressed this problem, but the speed we fixed it. Some were amazed at the support the stock has from the shareholders. I am quite sure CVIA moved up to a new level of respect from them and several asked to be put on our "mailing or fax list." So they can keep up with our goings on with CVIA.

Another thing I have been pretty much beseiged by phone calls from companies that, I didnt even know was watching CVIA, who are NOW extremely interested in doing business with us, because not only the company handled the NASD debacle properly but the resolve you guys showed... the point being if our shareholders goodwill counted CVIA would be trading at $xxx a share.

We are not charging anyone for tapes of the shareholder meeting. I was just pointing out, that in my opinion I thought the cost of this would be somewhat prohibative. But you guys posted some very good ideas which merit exploring so that every shareholder gets a chance to see what is going on with their investment via the shareholder meeting.

It has been a truly amazing week... news will be out soon, as soon as the dust settles down around here and some more stuff gets signed.

KAA
