Well I had a reversal of of bad fortune. Don't have a fortune but didn't get cut a fortune either. Long story.

Called my mortgage company and they seemed all excited to talk business. Said I could keep the condo as long as I have a lease in my hand when we do the deal. Seems it's pretty easy to get financed if you have a good track record with the people who are already financing you. I have fretted and worried about how to keep this dang condo for the longest. It is my security blanket. I can rent it for the payment I pay easy. In 7 1/2 years it is paid for. So it will be income and a chunk of change if I sell. Women without husbands need security...that must be in the back of my mind.

It is just a wonderful location,,,the townhouse. Ducks and stuff. Walking along the water front watching the sail boats go by. The architect made the townhouses little yards so private no other unit can look in. Very lush greenery and the place is covered with pine trees. I want it I want it I want it!!!!!!!!!!

Taht's the update.

Mel
