My questions for SanDisk at this juncture:

1. Inventory/pipeline. The world reports that it is essentially sold out of DRAM, fabrication cannot meet demand. How bad is the negative inventory of product, and how long will it last?

2. The dollar, weak as it has been in years, especially versus the yen. How does this affect overseas investment in infrastructure? How does it affect consumer cost of SNDK products, especially as combined with item 1?

3. The Toshiba fabrication deal. How much will this reduce EPS, and how long until the investment pays dividends in lower production costs?

4. The earthquake. Come on, how much did it really cost the company in dollars and in lost opportunity?

5. Lexar. How close is a decision?

6. Sony. With a weak dollar and deep pockets, what is stopping them from swarming the market?

If someone could ask/answer these, it would help.
