Infotech bill to be presented in Parliament's first session DRAFTING of the long-awaited Information Technology Bill - which will formalise the framework for India's cyber laws - is complete. The Cabinet note on the bill is also ready and will be presented to the Union Cabinet at its very first meeting itself, Ravindra Gupta, secretary, Department of Electronics (DoE), told newspersons today.(ET)
