<<but the Rams are the best team in the NFL.>>
Tom, the Rams haven't had a real test yet, so I can't consider them the best.
While they have been impressive, let's examine who they have played:
Baltimore....decent defense, but Case or Mitchell at QB??
Atlanta....not exactly the same team as last year.
Cincinnati...next to worst team in the NFL, nuff said.
San Francisco...they beat an aging team that was without Steve Young.
I would not go as far to say that the Rams are the best in NFL right now. I want to see them face a REAL team.
IMO, being a Dolphin fan, it pains me to say....but I think the Bills are the best team right now. Their defense is solid and Flutie and Moulds are giving them the big plays on offense.
However, with Miami inserting Cecil Collins as the starting RB and Marino finally finding his timing with Martin, Miami is very close. They have as much talent as anyone in the league.
I didn't realize that Karim Abdul-Jabbar was inactive for the Indy game until today. Looks like JJ means business.
I think that with the Rams schedule, they should cruise through the NFC West. They have one of the easiest schedules I have seen. A 12-4 record might be in order for them, however, it will be interesting to see how this team responds to a loss. |
