Mo, A lot of folks will likely perceive this article as negative new news which in reality, it isn't! The IRS & US Customs agencies would be inept if they ignored gambling over the Internet and companies such as Starnet in this business. Their involvement is probably routine and I would suspect even the SEC and USPS have ongoing investigations. Starnet is making the right moves by relocating their headquarters to Antigua where they should have been in the first place.

Also, this could be a problem for other US & Canadian Online gaming developers that have in the past or are currently accepting wagers from North America. VGAMD (now VGAMD) is open presently and Cryptologic has in the past been open to US and Canadian residents per e-mail messages I have received from Canadian bettors. VGAM is a Starnet licensee and Mr. Levy's Las Vegas Casinos which was the original source of the problem is now signed on with Crypto. 649.com (ABET), could come under great scrutiny with their lottery scheme benefitting the Red Cross. So, stay tuned!
