A friend of mine just met with Bill Samuels and some institutional
investors at the AT&T/ Liberty Media's National Digital Control Facility
in LA. Most of the people were blown away by the fact that in the lobby
they were greeted with ACTV's logo as the marquee name- ACTV
ALONE.

Most were also completely unaware of the depth of relationship between
ACTV and Liberty Digital. There could be no doubt among all the
attendees that this is John Malone's play into a sector that MSFT and
now INTC are lost. They are fish out of water grasping at straws and this
is Liberty's pond. We own the content AND the patents. This is being
explained to all. Samuels always said that at the end he would stand alone
as the winner. Its happening.

The general consensus among those that attended is that ACTV will be
the next Amazon.com or Yahoo. Look for this "secret" to become
common knowledge SOON.
