I'm po'd that almost every other Internet stock trades at a higher valuation than Bluefly. If Bluefly is the category leader for designer clothing online, than this is ridiculous. Not sure when the street will give it some credibility but my suspicion is after the company does a $5 million quarter and starts blanketing the country with tv, radio and billboard ads (something I'm looking forward to).

Taking a look at some of the other fluff out there gives one a good idea of what is undervalued:

imall.com (IMAL) - 372 million
Quepasa.com (PASA) - 122 million
MusicMaker.com (HITS) - 320 million
Bamboo.com (BAMB) - 380 million
Stamps.com (STMP) - 1.2 billion
USsearch.com (SRCH) - 187 million
Peapod (PPOD) - 180 million
MP3.com (MPPP) - 3.2 billion
emusic.com (EMUS) - 535 million
studentadvantage.com (STAD) - 460 million
Drugstore.com (DSCM) - 1.7 billion
eToys.com (ETYS) - 9.3 billion
theglobe.com (TGLO) - 388 million
talkcity.com (TCTY) - 234 million
hotjobs.com (HOTJ) - 710 million

and the list goes on... I know that imall.com was purchased by ATHM, but what really gets my goat is that they have less revenue than BFLY!!

The only I-companies I found with similar market caps to Bluefly were BGST, FASH and SALN. What IS a reasonable market cap for a company expected to do $300 million in sales by 2004? How many of the above companies are expected to do that much in sales?
