I still think this stock is going to move up soon. Down 50% from May 99, it seems positioned well in the long distance net telephony and wireless business. Volume, Relative Strength, On Balance Volume and Money Flow are all up with price hovering at 19 to 20. Looks like interest is up because of GBLX. This stock might be a take over target also. There is a lot of news coming out daily.

Deltathree.com Teams up With Net Talkto Offer the Most Advanced Conferencing Tool Available on the Internet

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 12, 1999--Deltathree.com, subsidiary of RSL Communications, Ltd. RSLC , and a global leader in Internet Telephony services teams up with Net Talk, Inc, a new player to the Internet conferencing market that produces multi-user, audio visual communications software, to offer the most advanced conferencing tool available anywhere on the Internet, announced Net Talk President Steven Tover.
The Net Talk Lite product allows PC-to-PC voice and text conferencing through a unique interface in which members can choose a character to represent them on screen. Deltathree.com will enable Net Talk Lite with PC-to-Phone functionality, which will allow users to invite callers to the conference who do not have computers. Initially, the two companies will set up a co-branded landing page where users will be able to download the deltathree.com PC-to-Phone dialer as a plug in to Net Talk Lite or as a stand alone product. Full integration will begin in the fourth quarter 99. Customers of Net Talk will also be able to sign up for deltathree services like Unified Messaging and Phone-to-Phone.
