I've taken to wearing my bifocals everywhere, mostly because I got tired of the reading glasses routine, if I wore them over my contacts, I couldn't see three feet away unless I took them off, and the constant on-off just wore me out. Jane Austen was cool. I'd love to read something where she just really said flat-out what she thought, instead of the little asides. And maybe a plot that wasn't about getting married.
