Not the man of voltage. The man of voltage was Alessandro Volta who by the way, was 33 when Voltaire died. Volta was the first to show that an electric potential difference exists between two dissimilar metals that are both in contact with an electrolyte in a container. Sorry Volta has no site, what a shame that is. LOL.
