re gi/gmst arb decision uf: as i thought, the decision is not a public document. it may be subject to confidentiality or just simply not available unless to a participant (my guess is the former). i got a stack of press releases which may or may not be useful. won't be able to read them till thurs at the earliest. i guess i'm glad to be a buy and hold investor; no way i could live if i had to trade every week, let alone every day. i'll get back to you w/ what else i find, even if just to say i couldn't find anything. best, red
