Stephen - Re: "Intel Corp. Reiterated 'Strong Buy' at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown" That's good - really good - but the DOWNGRADES should overrule the UPGRADES/REITERATES tomorrow. Intel needs to get Q399 behind them - and it is going to HURT - and make Q499 a recovery quarter. Paul
