If they are, how come they haven't been invited to the W-CDMA projects where this standard is being hammered out right now? QCOM is not welcome in the projects where the W-CDMA standard is being hammered out? Are these standards mandated to be open and co-operative? Are the standards to be decided within the framework of the ITU of which QCOM is a member? For some reason I'm not too concerned about your claim. Bux
