Gifted With the Window Seat

I remember it all vividly. Staring into the blinding light but somehow able to see. Prismatic rainbows born of the glass. Wispy clouds suspended just beyond my reach. I asked for a jar, and please, oh please, open the window... I needed that bit of heaven as my souvenir.
