Last month I called UKH and requested an annual report. When I got it, it contained a 60 page Preliminary Prospectus dated November 6, 1996. All the hard numbers in it were missing and the space reserved by little black dots, so they could later update it. Two things of interest are in the first Paragraph. They talk about Flow-through Common Shares and Silver Royalty Certificates. I also received the last three Quarterlys as well.. I find it interesting that this news release comes the day before one of the two most important events in this stocks life. It's almost as someone or someones are trying to keep this stock down. It may have been a freak of nature, but with the bad luck this stock has had, one has to wonder! Hope everyone is well positioned for tommorrow. Should be (I hope) rewarding for all We could use so good news for change.. With that Good nite!!
