FOUR regulatory actions - Federal Court in Virginia issues a permanent injunction against further violation of Securities Laws, and the States of Oregon and California, and now the SEC.

Well, "the government" isn't a monolith and they can't all be wrong. And if you can publish or PM me the actual dismissals we should post them here as well.

The ALJ did rule in his favor as against some of the SEC Enforcement Div.'s charges but the opinion issued by the Judge is pretty stark in its language as to trustworthiness and a few other useful qualities one needs to have to be worthy of an informed investor's confidence..."His intent, demonstrated in the various business dealings described in the record, was to eventually gain control of the Hudson Fund and use it to
manipulate stock prices
in companies in which he and his partners held an interest."

Perhaps the railroad is like Neuropro Nevada, a company that never existed except in Stockett's letters and verbal statements and a contract to buy into the Hudson Fund Mangement Co. and Hudson Advisors. Didn't stop him from using this make-believe entity for whatever purposes he could. Why would you believe anything this person would say to you given his record that this Judge referred to as deceit?

If you want to unload shares at a profit or reduced loss then of course you have a vested interest in his success in getting new investors into the market for existing shares (on the market already or in his treasury); that's what the whole Hudson ploy was all about as the Judge clearly indicated.

But for me it has an unsavory smell to it. I guess I care about how I make my money...
