I understood what was said by Andy. They stuffed the channel at the last minute in Q2 and couldn't make the numbers flow properly intime. This time, that mess is cleaned up. (for all I know, they could have stuffed the channel sooner this time to avoid having the same mess this time but that is a different subject)

If you want more on this you may want to check the posts immediately after Q2 earnings. I think Kash understood what Andy said too. We discussed this during Intel's Q2 result time. If my memory serves me right, we bounced a couple of emails about stuffing $400M into the channel to make the Q2 numbers look reasonable.
