Let's see, you'd be 150 steps from heaven. You could see it from a window. This takes deciding? And if there are any worries about could you take care of things; I plumb, I garden, I paint, I electric, I blahblah, and I have a Dad I can call and ask how to hook up what to what. And if he can't explain it over the phone, he'll fly out and show. And I work enough overtime to always have a weeks vacation coming. Go for it. You know you're covered. I got skills and the lease is covered. By who I don't know. Money stuff is not my territory. But dang it, ducks and heaven. This is what you've been waiting for.
