skipper, name one person who chose God that God let suffer in torment for eternity. jesus Himself said" that hell was cereated for the devils and his angels". God choses all.. whoever choses Him will not suffer for eternity. There is no basis in scripture for your statement. If there is scripture that says different..Please quote the chapter and verse. He Gave His Son that none should perish.
