Motion for a summary judgment: A request by a party that a decision be reached on the basis of the pleadings alone without going through an entire trial. A summary judgment is normally allowed only when there is no dispute between the parties as to any of the material or significant facts. Summary judgment can be granted on the entire case or on some of the claims raised within it. And.....Peggy's response to my inquiry: "The original MacroForce, still available, has 2.5 mg of purified yeast beta.1,3-glucan.
