I spoke with Fred Sr. late yesterday.

1) He currently expects to be receiving financing payments in early November. The reason for the delay was that during the past six months, the bank that NUOA is doing business with merged with another bank.

2) He told me that he expects Cap Gammarth to open within 90 days after receipt of the financing.

3) Jonathan is in Korea working on a deal.

4) Four different auditing firms are working on completion of the 1998 10k. Should finish this month.

5) He didn't know anything about the Wendover project. His job is Tunisia.
