Terayon Partners with ECI Telecom for Cable Access Market
ECI Telecom's Worldwide Sales Network Extends Terayon's Broadband Market Reach
SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 12, 1999--Terayon Communication Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: TERN) today announced a partnership with ECI Telecom (Nasdaq: ECIL) to sell and distribute Terayon's voice and data systems.
With its extensive sales and marketing presence and customers in 145 countries, ECI Telecom significantly extends Terayon's market reach for its broadband access systems. The parties intend to collaborate on the development of end-to-end VOIP (voice-over-IP) and other advanced broadband access services.
