Frank, Let's waste some more. What do you think about a network solution that applies its best endeavor in the middle of a mission critical network without an adequate path that provides the redundancy and speed of a switch? By God, Cisco calls that a router! What do you call a Cisco switch in the middle of a mission critical network that must examine all pertainent Tag Switching data from it before forwarding it? That is called a proprietary Cisco switch that would be probably be faster as a Cisco router. What do you call an IP Switch? A switch that does its job faster then the router, and if it cant't switch the packet it routes it. What a CONCEPT! Have a Great Evening, Steve
