I've been sitting on the sidelines until now regarding this debate. While I don't have an opinion on Favors, I will emphatically state that Dennis is correct on this point. The Wall Street crowd (big money) has very definitely been a white man's world. I think it is great to see some "minorities" break through based entirely upon their abilities and hard work. The deck is certainly stacked against them. Same for women. Things are changing slowly. A book that will give an insight into the mind of the Wall Street crowd is "FIASCO". It is an ex-insider's (First Boston and Morgan Stanley) expose of some of the common practices on the street. Matt
