Re: Andy Neff. I have followed Mr. Neff for quite some time, as Bear Stearns is my broker. His best call was a "strong buy" after the Pentium flap, when Intel was 59 (under 30 split adjusted). On his advice I added significantly to my holdings. His best insight, for me, is that PC's are not like TV's, a mistake that most analysts make. With over half of the PC's being sold today being replacements due to upgrading, PC's are different. HL
