I have no idea when I'll be able to post some results. When I earlier used the word "we" I was speaking of my efforts to involve my husband in this project. I downloaded the data, he has to do the analysis. He is a professional statistician, and truly one of the best in his field bar none; I ask him to do a stat project for me once every 10 years, and all I get is "Oh, honey, give me another beer." (Actually, not, but close enough). He did look at the data for several hours, and I left the room with him chattering about uncertainty. And he had only pursued the original indicator of a reading of >55%.
He has put the data on a file and carries it around with him, telling me that he will look at is during his "hobby time," read lunch time, but the projects that he is usually involved in take months to analyze, so if this thread is still alive when he's done with the data, I'll post the results. I'm sure they will be excellent, and give us a measure for the correction in 2002.
Good luck, and thanks for bringing this to our attention.
