How high did the bid go this morning? Normally when I trade out of a position (for real; not on paper, as paper trades are usually at closing prices for simplicity), I sell at the open if the price is up, especially if I see a big spread. I see .175 x .20 now which, as I'm sure I don't have to tell you, is a sucker play. People focus on the ask and don't see that the bid has to go up 14% just to break even. Heck, if I get 10% on a trade I bail. I find it much easier to get five trades at 10% then one trade at 50%-- much easier. Then when people start to sell, the MMs will drop the bid, making it even harder for many to be able to sell at a profit. Sure, the MMs are screwing around, but, hey, they know that you know that that's the way the game is played with penny stocks. You can't beat 'em so might as well join 'em... or just play on paper for fun (g).
