Top Image Systems and the ComTeam Group of Germany Sign Strategic Co-operation Agreement

Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - October 14, 1999 - TiS – Top Image Systems, Ltd., (NASDAQ: TISA, TISAW), a market leader in forms processing and data capture software solutions, announced the signing of a strategic co-operation agreement between TiS and the ComTeam Group in Germany at the recent DMS Exhibition and Conference for Information and Document Management show to market TiS'AFPSPRO.
