He was wrong all along. And Walter LeFaber certainly looks stupid now. I wonder what he has written since.

I remember Johnson saying Reagan didn't have a mandate when he won 49 states and that Clinton, who won just 43% on the promise of a middle class tax cut, did. After Clinton jettisoned that, his main campaign promise with the lie that the Bush people didn't give him correct figures, Johnson, the rabid Dem said "Make no mistake, Clinton has a mandate".

What a total, absolute joke.
