A Divicom customer: Terayon Communication Systems Shows Possible Breakout.

Terayon Communication Systems (TERN) is a manufacturer of two way cable modem
systems that offer broadband speeds. Six analysts forecast the company to increase earnings
by more than 75 percent next year and return to profitability. TERN announced earnings
yesterday. For the nine months ended September 30, the company reported unaudited
revenue results of $58.3 million, an increase over the year prior's period of more than 200
percent. These revenue resulted in a net loss for the Q3 '99 of ($0.08) per share versus a loss
of ($0.63) for the Q3 '98. TERN exhibits an impressive revenue trend, the company has seen
a surge in revenue in the last year, generating more sales in the first two quarters of '99 than in
its first two years of business. During Q3 '99, the company has almost doubled revenues from
the first six months of '99. TERN is a company to watch with this impressive revenue trend as
the company approaches profitability. Tern showed a positive opening gap this morning after closing below its 100-day moving
average line yesterday. The stock has seen heavy relative volume this morning and today's
breakout following strong earnings and revenue news could be the beginning of a new uptrend
for the stock. For further confirmation of a new uptrend for the stock, look for a close above
the 30-day moving average line (around $44 1/2) on strong volume soon.
