SFD, My sense from the cc is that NITE envisions slow growth over the next 2 quarters, but a significant positive impact from ISE to wrap up the second half of 2000. Then, following on in 2001, will be another positive boost from Euro online trading. Long term, this is quite positive (and ignores the positive impact of additional institutional and national brokerage business) Gary Korn
