I would urge everyone interested in HMSK to listen to the recent conference call. I was most impressed with the CEO. He sounded prepared, organized, aggressive, focused, articulate, and intelligent. He has taken control of HMSK and understands the marketplace and technology.
The Clear Channel deal is designed to draw 2M unique users to the HMSK site a month. Currently the site draws 900,000 unique users a month. So this deal is of great significance to HMSK.
The Terradatum and IMCO acquisitions are designed to generate $30M in revenues within 2 years in the MLS services strategy of HMSK. Again, this is significant.
The primary goal of HMSK is to get to $100M in annual revenues. This is to be accomplished by 40% growth in annual quarter to quarter revenues. A more detailed projection will be provided by year end. Another conference call will be held later this month to review the last quarter's numbers.
Clearly, HMSK is at least a 2 year hold or investment. There is no "silver bullet" which is going to propel the company. There does seem to be a plan which heretofore had been missing.
I'm hopeful that HMSK will lose those traders whose stock in trade is consistent unfounded rumors leaving a growing number of investors with the patience to allow the CEO to work his plan.
