No way!

Tool developers and equipment manufacturers will not, and can not meet that target. I am not even sure what light source will be used for 0.13 but the currently used DUV excimers are not ready to get there and the next generation of light source and resist are no where close. Lito is of course only part of the problem.

I am not knowledgeable on the equipment side so I will not context any of what you said. If the equipment is not there then I guess Intel would have to settle for some hybrid process.

I do not know enough about the details on how Intel plans to make it happen but I have been told by fairly reliable sources that Q3 2000 is the target.
