PHCM Intelectual property?? Is the PHCM software sufforted by PHCM owned intellectual property. More specifically, it their Handheld Device Transport Protocol (HDTP) protected by intellectual property. Am in the midst of a discussion about PHCM's ability to survive and prosper long term.
