On that, why is it that Visa can operate in every little country in the world and not get hung up about loosing money, but the cell phone companies can't seem to work together on international roaming. even if they can interoperate? My cellphone works very well in Korea, but I can't make a call because of money. same for Hong Kong, Singapore, Mexico (getting there), Brazil, etc. Let's see them work this out NOW wihtout the SIM card and allow calls everywhere.
