I visited the SEC website. Great stuff on CMTR. there is one new doc. at

sec.gov

Also, in this article it discusses everything inclding CLIA waiver.

"In March 1995, the Center for Disease Control
granted waived status for the CholesTrak Total Cholesterol Test, and informed the Company that all tests cleared by the FDA for over-the-counter consumer use are automatically waived."

They will ship this month:

"The H. pylori test has received FDA clearance for sale to the
professional market with the first shipment expected in April 1997. The Company expects to commence the process of seeking FDA approval for over-the-counter retail sales later in 1997."

There aren't that many of us out there. must be some pretty big holders:

"The approximate number of record holders of the Company's Common Stock as of February 15, 1997 was 600."

The group that did the offering likes CMTR. that have options at 5.00 a share : Market for the ten trading days prior to the conversion date. The Company paid a fee of $300,000 to the Shemano Group, the placement agent. In addition, the Company issued warrants to purchase 78,500 shares of the Company's Common Stock to The Shemano Group, and warrants to purchase 5,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock to Oxhead Advisory Group, Ltd., which assisted in the placement, all exercisable at $5.00 per share. The offering was made in reliance on Regulation S promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended"

That is what I pulled out of the doc so far. Hope you guys can get some other interesting things. the only other thing I noticed which i have not seen before is that CMTR has already filed two updates with FDA for HIV test approval. One in May '96 and the other a few months before that. Seems like it's about time for them to be coming around again. This time with approval.

By the way Dave, it seems as if they did a Reg-S last time. If I understand it correctley that means they recieved overseas financing. Maybe they will search there again.
