Frank. I just got too bogged down with other stuff tonite to get it up there. I may not even do that, because in answer to your question,

YES, THERE ARE PLANS TO GET NOVELL's BOD ATTENTION AS A GROUP OF UNHAPPY (VERY UNHAPPY) INVESTORS! Hopefully, soon maybe something will start to percolate.

And even if I don't put it up there (the PROXY), I voted in the Check Boxes, and specifically in the comments section, that I did NOT want any of the Board members to remain with the exception of Eric Schmidt. I spelled it out in plain english on the comments side, so there was NO MISINTERPRETATION of what my vote was. FWIW.

I'm very glad to hear you are going to the meeting. I'm sure a LOT of people are going to want a blow-by-blow of what's said.
======================================================================
This is for ALL. And I am CONCERNED about this phone call I got today.

I received an interesting phone call tonite from Novell Investor Relations.

I emailed them and asked where my PROXY material was. I had already received one package (I have multiple accounts, I.e. different names etc.). So therefore, technically, I should have say 2 or 3 votes to vote my shares, right? Well the lady that left the phonemail said:

QUOTE:

Hi Mr. Antol, we got your email, we know your address, and we will be sending your proxy material out. BUT, you know Mr. Antol, unless a stockholder calls and specifically requests it, we don't send it out.

End QUOTE.

Now I find this a bit strange, because a no vote is a YES vote, right.
So if you don't get a proxy, then you become a YES vote. Well, if what I heard from the lady at Investor Relations is true, then the BOD are gonna get a lot of YES votes right?

Would anyone from Novell like to confirm or deny what I'm saying?
BTW, I have a tape of the message that the person left with the name.

Seems to me that this is not proper. I mean, if you own 1 share, you have a right to receive a proxy and the right to vote it, no?

Anyone want to answer that, please, I'd like to know. But if it's true, then there'e no way I can see the BOD losing <scratching head>?

Regards,

Joe...
