Michael, Just back from a week in the fields... This is not a specific options but today is "book closing day" on the third quarter for many energy companies. Watch these earnings reports coming out in a couple of weeks. Our revenue stream on oil sales was more than double what we predicted it to be in January 1999 for this quarter...let's see how this plays out on the bottom line... Finally check out NG prices! We are in shoulder season and it's already hovering around $3.00/mcf. I stick with my prediction of $4.50-$5.00/mcf gas this winter with some day spikes even higher.... Most companies predicted year-long gas prices in the $1.75/mcf range back in January 1999 when budgeting....
