Dirtpoor, How about if we receive a NR by closing on the 22nd, you will sell me all your shares for 4:1 at the closing price of the day that the NR is released. If I lose then I will sell you all my shares for a 4:1 at the price I paid for them, that should equal about .21 to .25 cents a share.gggggggg Rick
