<From what I know of this one these boys could steal a substantial part of the company... unreal... HOE has a stake here and still may not know what's about to happen.> Just to update you, ARIAD actually has a clause preventing the 'badboyz' from holding 5% or more at any one time, ... interesting. And Hoechst bought out their project from management... sending the stock up and hopefully causing exercise and sale of stock until the preferred goes away, albeit at quite a cost. I'd love to know the backroom discussions leading to the transaction. DAK
