(Nasdaq:MSTG - news) today announced the release of Mustang Notify, an enhancement for the industry leading Mustang Message Center e-mail management platform. Supporting the company's mission to enable superior online customer service through technology solutions, this product expands Mustang Message Center's management controls by providing advanced monitoring, workflow direction and automated alert selections for real-time notification of e-mail service events.

The Mustang Notify module is a real-time notification, workflow and alarm application allowing management to employ Mustang Message Center technology to monitor and direct various aspects of system performance. Through an intelligent analysis of real-time Mustang Message Center activity including service level adherence, queue time, CSR response time and many other variables, Mustang Notify automates the workflow management process to ensure that threshold-based practices are carried out effectively without continuous management involvement. The module is custom configurable to alert system managers when system tolerances are threatened or breached.
