I wonder whether a buy right now is a good move for a short term turnaround. I can't believe that they are going to miss earnings, with their backlog. However, they are $10 below where they were last quarter, so the upside for a good earnings announcement is strong. I might flip on a 24 hour play... As for your disagreements, I see where you are coming from. The play was sound but they spent so much time putting it together and have become such a large, slow company, others are passing them by. As for Visio, for the average user and the web/e-this company, complex object modeling is not really a heavy requirement and more importantly, since NO ONE uses the code generating capabilities, visual modeling can be a toy... Just $.02
