Steve, so did I. And I believe you. Do you think this person was just "mistaken", or didn't understand what she was saying? Im serious. No joking around. She REALLY did say that to me. That had and has me concerned. You know why. Because of the implications of what would happen if only a small percentage of people requested it, then hell,
by default, the BOD wins.

Just to keep ME honest, maybe someone can call Investor relations and
relate these posts to them, and ask them if I was told that, or better yet, ask them if that is the case, in fact.

Steve, if that is in fact, true, then well....(hell, I can't believe that is true, but that's what she said.). She said "we don't send out the proxy materials unless people specifically request them. And she was referring to an email I sent the day before to them about just that. That is, "where are my PROXY materials". Well, I get the phone call, and that's what she said -- OK we'll send them, but you know, people have to request them to get them? Go figure!

Joe...<anybody here talk with Investor Relations a lot? Elmo, do you?,
